三、試驗步驟：
★篩析試驗前，調節(jié)數(shù)顯式時間繼電器，使其設定在120s，再把負壓篩放在篩座上，蓋上篩蓋，打開電源，調節(jié)負壓至-4000~-6000pa范圍內，然后關機。
★稱取試樣25g，置于潔凈的負壓篩中，蓋上篩蓋，再次啟動儀器，連續(xù)篩析，在此期間如有試樣附著在篩蓋上，可輕敲篩蓋使試樣落下，當篩析滿120s后，儀器自動停止。
★篩畢，用天平秤重篩余物。

四、注意事項：
1、定期倒掉集塵瓶中的水泥。
2、如果使用一段時間后負壓達不到 標要求(-4000～-6000pa)時，請清潔吸塵器中的收塵袋。
3、吸塵器連續(xù)工作不應超過15分鐘，否則易過熱燒壞。
4、水泥細度負壓篩析儀試驗篩的清洗試驗篩必須經(jīng)常保持潔凈，篩孔通暢。如其篩孔被水泥堵塞影響篩余量時，可用弱酸浸泡，用毛刷輕輕地刷洗，用淡水沖凈、晾干。
5、篩余結果的修正為使試驗結果可比，應采用試驗篩修正數(shù)方法修正7.1條的計算結果。修正系數(shù)的測定，按附錄Ｂ(補充件)進行。
6、負壓篩法與水篩法或手工干篩法測定的結果發(fā)生爭議時，以負壓篩法為準。附錄Ａ手工干篩試驗操作方法(補充件) A1稱取水泥試樣50g倒入符合GB3350.7要求的干篩內。 A2用一只手執(zhí)篩往復搖動，另一只手輕輕拍打，拍打速度每分鐘約120次，每40次向同一方向轉動60°，使試樣均勻分布在篩網(wǎng)上，直至每分鐘通過的試樣量不超過0.05g為止。 A3稱量篩余物，按7.1條計算試驗結果。

6. In case of dispute between the results of negative pressure sieve method and water sieve method or manual dry sieve method, the negative pressure sieve method shall prevail. Appendix A.
