The steel striker adapter to this machine falls freely on vertical guides from a predetermined height to give the required impact energy to the toe of safety footwear for measuring the degree of the dent .in addition ,the toecap should not develop any cards on the test axis which go through the material .there are slightly different criteria among EN,SNSI ,Bａnd CSA….Before ordering ,the reference specification should be prescribed.
