REXROTH油泵分類

REXROTH柱塞泵:斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是*的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復運動。流量調節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結構復雜。 軸向柱塞泵與徑向柱塞泵比較,排出壓力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范圍內工作,效率也高,徑向尺寸小、結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕。但結構較徑向柱塞泵復雜,加工制造要求高,價格較貴。 為了提高效率,在應軸向柱塞泵一般都由缸體、配油盤、柱塞和斜盤等主要零件組成。缸體內有多個柱塞,柱塞是軸向排列的,即柱塞的中心線平行于傳動軸的軸線,因此稱它為軸向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往復式柱塞泵,因為它的柱塞不僅在泵缸內做往復運動,而且柱塞和泵缸與斜盤相對有旋轉運動。柱塞以一球形端頭與斜盤接觸。在配油盤上有高低壓月形溝槽,它們彼此由隔墻隔開,保證一定的密封性,它們分別與泵的進油口和出油口連通。斜盤的軸線與缸體軸線之間有一傾斜角度。
